New Business: State Series was the first on the list. Discussion was held to determine whether we should drop the number of qualifiers from two per track to only one per track. After much discussion we decided to limit it to one per track. Flemington is the host of the State Championship this year. Saturdays were decided with rain dates for Sunday. Qualifications for the series was next and after much discussion we voted on having a system of a minimum of 2 qualifiers to run the series with best 4 being counted. We are requiring a minimum of 2 locals and best 4 being counted this year. Because of the requirments being lowered this year we are not offering the Championship for free this year to riders with a perfect attendance. Fees are being left the same as the 2009 Series.
